Bought a Winnebago Minnie Winnie from Tony at Fountain RV. The entire experience was smoother than expected. Tony was on top of communication from day one, walking me through the steps and sending updates throughout.

The RV arrived exactly as described, clean and ready to go. I had one minor issue with a small interior latch that was loose, but Tony offered to send a replacement part right away. Honestly, that kind of follow-up is rare these days. Four stars only because nothing’s perfect, but they came close.

Our Tiffin Allegro purchase went mostly smoothly. A little hiccup with paperwork, but Tony corrected it fast. Mark coordinated with the delivery driver and kept us in the loop. The unit is clean, the tires were newer than expected, and the interior was spotless. Nice surprise!

Just received our Entegra Odyssey and couldn’t be more excited. Fountain RV handled everything with a level of care that’s rare in this industry. Tony walked me through all the paperwork step by step, made sure we understood the warranty info, and confirmed that the delivery was fully covered by them during transportation, which gave us real peace of mind.

Unit arrived in great shape. Everything was working, and they even filled the propane tank. If I ever upgrade, I’m calling Tony first.

We bought an MH and had a genuinely excellent experience. Mark made the entire process feel smooth and organized. What impressed me most was their transparency—they even sent me the original inspection sheet with the technician’s notes.

The RV showed up clean, fully fueled, and with all appliances tested and documented. We’ve taken it on two weekend trips already and had zero issues. I’m not someone who writes reviews often, but they earned this one!

We’ve been looking for a Tiffin Wayfarer for almost a year and finally found one through Fountain RV. Tony was friendly, super knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He walked us through everything we needed to know, even down to the tank capacities and battery specs.

Delivery to North Carolina went smoothly, and the driver gave us a full walkthrough on how to use the systems. We’ve owned RVs before, and this was by far the easiest transaction we’ve had. This company genuinely values the customer’s peace of mind. 5 stars.
