After buying an RV here, I knew that old units sometimes had a little problem, but I didn’t expect that I would pay so much for this, and spend so much extra money to repair the unit, various problems, engine leaks, Oil repair, the display shows that the oil temperature is too high, the air conditioner is bad, and many other problems, because it was bought in winter. Tony was pushy and dishonest with me! Don’t buy a vehicle here! If you don’t want to empty your wallet.

Even though I didn’t end up buying a motor home from here, I wanted to leave a review. Probably the best RV shopping experience I’ve had when looking for a new unit. Tony was great, super informative, and was able to answer all my questions. Didn’t feel pushy at all, very straightforward and honest feeling place. Would recommend to anyone looking for an RV.

Absolutely horrible customer service! My husband had been in contact for several days about a specific unit. The salesperson, Tony, and my husband set up a time for him to come by and look at it. My husband drove over an hour to the lot, and when he arrived, they told him the unit had sold 20 minutes earlier! Unbelievable, would not recommend to anyone.

I filled out a KBB instant cash offer, and Tony contacted me, saying they wanted my RV and were constantly asking me to see him. I explained that I live over 6 hours away. I was sincere on the KBB assessment about the damage it has. I finally got time to see him, and he wouldn’t even make an offer. He said that he doesn’t want salvage RVs in the inventory. So I drove all that way and used all that gas to be turned away because, even though the unit matched what I put in, they didn’t want it after all. I understand business, and I know dealerships are looking for RVs they can make the most profit from, but to have me waste that much time and gas when the damage was what I put into it to the best of my ability. I definitely won’t be back.
