Nikos came to my aid, hauled my unit to their body shop, and gave us a free appraisal on the repair. They offered me a hotel room, and even called a few times over the next week to check and see how I felt after the accident. They went way above and beyond for me, and truly made the whole process very enjoyable. Even the parts that were not enjoyable were there, offering help and support that dealers I have purchased from multiple times over many years never would have provided me.
